Perquisite

Invitation only women’s group

Perquisite is an invitation-only women’s business group where members share experiences, participate in professional and personal development activities and learn from specialist presenters. Perquisite was created by Perks to offer a more intimate approach to networking. We wanted to create an exclusive group that would deliver much more than traditional networking forums.

Each year, a small group of businesswomen – specially selected from diverse industries – attends our year-long calendar of events. All participants are from small to medium enterprise businesses; they are like-minded, passionate and keen to develop new networks while embracing the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
In addition to our invited members, a number of senior female Perks team members – specialists in different aspects of business and personal wealth – join the group to provide advice and guidance throughout the year.
Perquisite is a unique and successful business group; it’s networking at its best. Our members leave every event with a new idea, a new approach or a solution to a problem.

Hearing a fellow business owner share anecdotes from their journey to success is often the most interesting way to learn. When it comes to women in business, with only 12% of management jobs in the private sector held by women – the importance of sharing these stories is even more critical.
