Scott Middleton joined Perks in 2017 as an Assistant Manager and has over a decade of experience working in mid-tier accounting firms in Adelaide. In his current role as Associate Director, Scott brings extensive expertise in a variety of accounting and advisory services, including financial reporting, taxation planning, GST compliance, fringe benefits tax compliance, forecasting and budgeting, and management reporting.

Scott has a diverse client base across multiple industries, such as real estate, production, wine, cosmetics, and hospitality. He understands the unique challenges faced by family-owned businesses and small to medium enterprises, and he is dedicated to helping these businesses achieve their personal and professional goals. His commitment includes providing advice on company structuring, managing banking relationships, and assisting businesses in accessing finance to accelerate their growth. Scott also supports businesses in their digital transformation efforts, optimising internal accounting processes through customised cloud accounting solutions.

For larger businesses, Scott acts as an extension of their internal finance teams, offering expertise in tax and compliance and facilitating month-end and year-end processing. He takes a hands-on approach in both client service and team management, ensuring that he fully understands his clients’ goals to deliver the best long-term outcomes.
